Quality Clinic Technician

Perform in-process inspections and testing as required. Maintaining quality records and assisting with internal audits. collects inspection & process measurement data in support of quality assurance department initiatives and customer requirements.
Participate and at times leads cross functional team to identify top customer escapes, trends and perform subsequent root cause analysis.
Work professionally and effectively with internal and external customers.
Ability to identify top supplier/operations non-conformances and perform subsequent root cause analysis.
Assist and or lead cross function teams in machine audits and communicate results to process owners.
Develop action plans to coordinate future improvements from audit findings.
Follow good documentation practices to comply with ISO standard.
Prepares reports to communicate findings and trends in performance.
Facilitates changes to standard operating procedures (SOPs), policies, training materials, and other documents for a technical discipline.
Full knowledge and skill set with all QA measurement tools.

Demonstrated experience in GD&T
Demonstrated knowledge of Quality Management System requirements in ISO9001.
Competent in data analysis and root cause analysis.
Must be willing to work in a team environment.
Demonstrate good written, verbal and organizational communication skills.
Experience in reading and interpreting technical data.
Must have the ability to effectively communicate technical findings.
Familiarity with team based continuous improvement, including lean process improvement tools.
Demonstrated ability to utilize Microsoft 2007 products.
CMM experience prefered
