Quality Assurance Rep./FAA Manufacturing Designee (ODA)

Incumbent' responsibilities will generally focus on one or more of the following:
* FAA Designee (ODA Unit Member)
* Inspection Program Support
* Quality Assurance Systems, Internal & Customer Audit Support
* Regulatory/Compliance Analysis
Level of Responsibility:
* Responsible to HS ODA Holder when performing FAA Designee duties
* Contributes to the department or business unit by applying their knowledge of one or more functional areas
* Has expert knowledge that extends across multiple disciplines
This position could be located in Rzeszow, Poland.

Preferred education:
* MA/MS degree w/4/7+ years experience
* PhD degree w/2/4+ years experience
Recommended: Quality Assurance/Engineer, Quality Control Inspector or Quality System Auditor/Lead Auditor certification/training.
For FAA Designee (ODA): Meet the applicable FAA requirements for a manufacturing FAA Designee (Initial Aircraft Engines, Propellers, and Articles). Have a current and thorough working knowledge of pertinent regulations, directives, and related material. Current specific technical knowledge and experience commensurate with that required for the particular function working with gas turbine engines. High degree of integrity, cooperative attitude, and ability to exercise sound judgment. Ability to maintain the highest degree of objectivity while performing authorized functions.
Aerospace manufacturing experience with experience in quality system management, quality assurance/engineering or quality control ensuring compliance with company standards and applicable government regulations. Experience in FAA and ISO9000/AS9100 requirements, quality system auditing, procedures authoring/management and interface/liaison with government, customer and company senior leadership.
