Job Description : To establish and implement a Continuous Quality Process and Improvement Plan to ensure our goal of 100% Customer Satisfaction. Responsibility: Provides leadership to all departments in formulating procedures, processes and plans for achieving and maintaining product quality, reliability, and functional validity within the Bosch Rexroth - Charlotte, NC Facility. Responsible for the activities of quality assurance in locations described above. Works with department managers to ensure Quality Management System is documented and adhered to at all times by company personnel. Develop and maintain customer related certification programs. Maintain ISO9000 and related programs. Work with departments to continually improve quality, prevention costs, appraisal costs and failure costs in their areas. Identifies possible problems regarding processes, internal audits, customer concerns or products to the appropriate teams or manager(s) and initiates corrective solution. Stimulates the quality awareness within the company for training and personnel development. Evaluates the quality systems and history of our suppliers and takes appropriate action when required and maintains a liaison with our supplier quality engineers in quality related matters affecting our customers. Establishes and works with teams for continuous quality improvement. Works closely with external and internal customer in resolving quality concerns. Keeps abreast of the changing technology of the company's business and develops new quality and reliability techniques, as required. Functions intuitive to successful operation but not listed. Job Requirements : Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in Technical Area. 10 Years minimum experience in quality assurance, quality control, auditing and management in a manufacturing environment required. Comprehensive knowledge of ISO Standards and related programs. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are required. Ability to lead, implement, promote and sustain quality initiatives throughout our business structure. German language skills preferred but not required
