Responsibilities: 1. This QA Automation Engineer will have to help software engineers and architects to implement enhancements for test automation as necessary. 1. Jr. QA Automation Engineer will have to create, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for use within projects and as regression testing. 3. This QA Automation expert will have to provide peer guidance on implementing automation across applications. 4. This QA Automation Engineer will have to work with members of the QA team to determine the needs for test automation. 5. This QA Engineer will have to work as partner with QA Lead to enhance test case management to support automated testing.
Qualifications:
1. Must Have 2+ years test automation experience (JMeter or Selenium) 2. Prefer to have experience on HP's Quick Test Professional or equivalent 3. QA Engineer must have familiarity with test management tools, including test case management, defect tracking, and requirements traceability. 4. Proven track-record of architecting and implementing test automation in a systems environment is must for this QA Engineer. 5. This QA Engineer must have strong understanding of automation frameworks such as data driven, keyword, etc. 6. In depth knowledge of software development methodologies, including agile is important for QA Engineer. 7. Knowledge of release management processes and how the QA process fits within it. 8. Technical QA experience with testing a variety of applications, including web, and client/server. 9. Proven record of driving toward results and delivering projects on time and on budget. 10. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science or other technical field.
