The Service Programs team provides P&W commercial customers with services ranging from 24 x 7 on-wing engine performance monitoring to comprehensive engine maintenance programs designed specifically for their fleet. For customers who prefer to overhaul their fleet, we are able to provide materials management programs that deliver materials from across the P&W network in a timely and cost effective manner.
P&W Service Programs is based in East Hartford with one-half of our team co-located with P&W Global Services engine centers as well as with key customers around the world. The services that we provide are a critical part of the CE&GS value stream on existing products and are also offered on all NGPF campaigns.
Roles and responsibilities of the Service Program's Quality/ACE leader include the development of and tracking to the plan to lead this ACE Silver site to achieve and to sustain ACE Gold performance.
A successful candidate should possess strong writing and document drafting skills and an understanding of PW's aftermarket and aerospace business. Expertise should include in-depth understanding of all ACE/continuous improvement tools with the ability to lead a team through a change project.
Finally, a successful candidate will possess excellent planning, interpersonal, teaching and coaching skills and be able to demonstrate a high level of expertise in all areas of continuous improvement.
