Posting ID: ES/102896 Description: Perform or witness functional tests on a variety of complex electronic and electromechanical components, sub-assemblies, systems and subsystems. Review automated test data and accurately record manual test data, performing calculations as necessary to determine whether units tested are operating within prescribed performance specifications and tolerances. Must be able to interpret complicated blueprints, schematic drawings, wiring diagrams, test specifications, charts and tables. Use advanced shop mathematics, electrical formulas and a wide variety of complex test equipment. Working from complicated drawings, test specifications and schematics that follow prescribed procedures must be able to perform a variety of tests including final acceptance of subassemblies, modules, boxes and systems. Must have a thorough knowledge of the principles of electricty and electronics together with a broad knowledge of the test and operatio of highly complex electronic and electro-mechanical systems. Minimum education of 4 years of high school plus 3 years of specialized training are required along with 3 years of experience. Personal Computer skills are required. U.S. Citizenship required.
