Summary:
Description: Responsible for coordinating with various levels of management in applicable departments for the purpose of investigating and resolving customer complaints. Provide written response and follow up where required, to customer. Interface with Regulatory Affairs in the event of Adverse Reactions to assure that they are reported to the FDA per regulations. Assure work is performed in accordance with company standards and FDA regulations.
Responsibilities: 1) Incoming inspection - Sample, inspect and release raw materials and packaging components - Inspection and disposition of returned goods 2) In-process manufacturing, controls/inspections - Sample/inspect in-process/finished product, retain samples - Inspect/approve rooms and equipment - Sample and perform physical testing for validation studies - Sample and release in-process blends 3) Packaging line inspection periodically
Requirements: H.S diploma or Bachelor?s degree; 1-2 years experience; familiar with drug product, adverse event and medical terminology, knowledge of GMPs; knowledge of FDA complaint handling guidance, proficient with Microsoft Word.
