ARDE Inc, a Division of Pratt & Whitney Rocketdyne is a recognized leader in the design and manufacture of aerospace pressure vessels and subsystems. Come and join our staff as a Program Manager.
Responsibilities include program management and broad spectrum of engineering to support the development and continued sales of pressure vessels for spacecraft, satellite and launch vehicle applications. This position involves internal status monitoring, customer coordination, ETC/EAC preparation, specification compliance evaluation and documentation/reporting. It will also support B&P and business development.
In this small business unit, the program managers are expected to contribute in data/documentation creation and act as the primary interface to the customer.
The positions requires the ability to clearly understand the technical requirements and communicate these requirements to both the internal and external customer.
The candidate must be able to balance the demands of being the primary contact to the customer and being the customer's advocate internally.

Program Management Certification/Training a plus
Candidate must have a good understanding of how programs, engineering, quality and manufacturing.
Work cohesively in a small company environment to ensure the successful completion of short cycle development, qualification and subsequent production builds.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
The product requires an extreme level of documentation based on criticality of application.
Ability and willingness to rigorously evaluate, accurately and concisely convey results in oral and written form are critical to the position.
Position requires a demonstrated ability to develop strong teaming relationships with US and foreign customers/partners.
