Top candidates will be able to work independently and have a solid understanding of design controls. In this role you will: • Perform implant and instrument design work. • Actively participate on, and sometimes lead, a multifunctional team to advance assigned projects through the design/development process and ultimately through launch, into the market. • Manage the development efforts for new, novel implants enabled by robotic capabilities.
Qualifications/Work Experience
• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical or Biomedical focus). • Master's degree, fluent in other languages a plus. • 3 years of product design experience in the medical device industry or equivalent. • Familiarity with design controls with in a regulated industry. • Prior work experience in the medical device industry. • Self-starters, have a hands-on approach and capability to work independently. • Experience with a parametric CAD design package. PRO E preferred.
Education and/or Special Training
