Project Engineer Manager

Actuation Systems Enterprise is seeking an Engineering Manager responsible for leading Integrated Product Development teams and the Product Support Team for multiple platforms. Selected candidate will have responsibility for driving technical, schedule, and budgetary activities required in achieving total customer satisfaction. This role will have supervisory responsibilities over direct reports.
Job responsibilities require an energetic and dedicated individual with leadership characteristics and demonstrated experience in a development and production environment. Good oral and written skills are necessary along with the ability to work in a team environment. Managing cost and schedule through disciplined Earned Value methodology is a required critical skill. Responsibilities include close coordination between functional disciplines to achieve program objectives, communication between customer and HS for technical issues. A key aspect of the position will be the assessment and development of the staff in the core product development areas.
International and domestic travel may be required dependent on program needs.
Ideal candidate would have 10+ years of engineering experience including customer interface, technical requirements negotiation and management, budget and manpower forecasting and risk mitigation
BSME, BSEE or BS Aerospace, MS or MBA a plus.
