US-Analytics staff has grown by 8% in 2010 alone. And the company is launching new practices to meet new client demands for cost savings. Founded in 1999, with over 200 client engagements, US-Analytics is a proven leader in the Professional Services industry. US-Analytics partners with global, leading-edge technology providers to provide top-tier enterprise solutions. US-Analytics is an Oracle Platinum Partner, a Symantec Gold Partner, and a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, and a Qlikview Elite Partner. We are currently conducting a search for a Project and Sales Coordinator for our corporate office in Las Colinas. Description of Duties and Responsibilities: Assisting Sales Personnel * The project Coordinator will meet daily with our national practice to facilitate timing, scheduling, clients starts and stops. Proactive calls to defined organizations both prospect, client, partners, and team members will be part of the effort needed to managed the opportunities and maintain high quality results. Administrative support duties include maintaining the flow of opportunities, projects, documents, records, files and reports for project engagements. Responsible for all documentation and tracking of projects deliverables to ensure real time status reporting to director of sales and management. Prepare status reports for management, client, personnel and others as needed Attend and organize required material for meetings, presentations, conference calls as directed by sales or management Special Skills Required: Candidate must have the ability to work in a fluid working environment and quickly adapt to changes Candidate must have the ability to work with minimum direction and must work well in a team environment Candidate must have strong written, verbal and time management skills. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Demands strong decision-making skills and attention to detail Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision Proficient at Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point. Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential Ability to read and interpret documents such as client specifications, requirements and reports Ability to write clear and concise status/progress reports Ability to identify problems and work with the internal team to resolve issues Minimum Education Required: A High School Diploma required. A college degree preferred. Minimum Work Experience Required: 1-5 years experience supporting top level management. Work experience with a VAR or a company in the software or services industry is helpful.
