Job Description
Responsible for developing and maintaining tools for Global Technical Service Quality, including:
The Datasheet Recording Tool (DaRT) to capture inspection and test data after servicing
Global Service Metrics and Trend Analysis tool(s) to gather information from Baxter service centers for consolidation and analysis
Others as defined Identify user needs, define tool requirements, design solutions, perform testing, develop training and user instructions and launch tools to 37+ Baxter service centers
Knowledgeable of appropriate regulatory requirements surrounding software and validation of software tools.
Develop and implement accurate project schedules, interfacing with technical service teams for pilot and full roll-out Ensuring conformance to regulations and Baxter quality policies.
Job Requirements
Programming knowledge in the Excel Object Model (classes, events, range object, userforms, listview/treeview etc..,)
Programming knowledge in VBA (complex string manipulation, mid, left, right, classes, etc..,)
Programming knowledge of Event Handling (impact of EnableEvents, Application level event handling, Sheet_Change, WithEvents, etc..,)
Operational knowledge of basic statistics including mean, standard deviation, histograms, Pareto charts, I-Charts, P-Charts, Statistical process Control, sampling plans, etc., including the use of Excel and MiniTab for statistical analysis
Ability to present a project plan containing all necessary components to present to management and other peer groups.
Work with minimal assistance while motivating a team.
Effectively operate in and may facilitate cross-functional teams with guidance.
Must be able to provide solutions that reflect understanding business objectives and cost implications. B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Engineering discipline and 5 - 8 years experience in software programming, or M.S. and 2- 4 years related experience.
