.:: Essential Job Duties:
- Planning and managing exercises, including CBRNE and others as necessary, to include exercise design and development, exercise plan construction, Master Scenario Events Listings, control cell instructions and guidance, and exercise assessments.
- Managing and accomplishing duties related to analytical research and development of special programs, including those related to engineering, CBRNE, and experimentation exercises.
- Performing management reviews of technical and non-technical documents for completeness and accuracy with respect to incorporating essential data and changes.
- Accomplishing post-exercise activities as required, including after action reviews, hot washes, and after action reports.
- Generating status and analytical reports as required.
- Receiving products from authorized sources and verifying for completeness and action. When necessary, completing those actions requested or required.
- Additional associated tasks as assigned.

.:: Mental/Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform tasks under deadlines. Excellent reasoning and problem solving skills. Ability to interact with employees from other departments or groups. Must have a very high degree of attention to detail. Must be capable of working at a computer terminal for extended periods. Must have excellent communicative skills, both oral and written. Must be capable of transporting and lifting 50 pound boxes of documents and equipment. Must be able to travel unassisted foreign and domestic. Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

.:: Education/Experience Requirements:
Requires a four-year college degree. Prefer extensive knowledge of Nuclear Weapon Accident Response Procedures (NARP), the Defense Threat Reduction Agency's exercise program and planning guide, DoD Directive 3150.8 (DoD Response to Radiological Accidents), and the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Instruction 3214.01A (Military Support to Foreign Consequence Management Operations). Experience preferred in developing, planning and participating in DTRA-led and developed CBRNE exercises. General knowledge of military operations and procedures is preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (esp. PowerPoint).
