JOB LOCATION/DEPARTMENT: KBOSSS - Kuwait
POSITION SUMMARY: Develops, manages, plans, conducts, and coordinates the various training programs on the KBOSSS program. .
MAJOR JOB ACTIVITIES: 'Conducts training needs assessments and surveys for various locations and levels of employees and develops training programs and cost estimates designed to address the identified needs. 'Plans and coordinates personnel training and staff development programs including Leadership Development (Leadership 101/102/201), Supervisory Training (Power Management Training), and PMP Bootcamp Training. 'Maximizes the skills and training expertise within the company to ensure needed training is accomplished in the most cost-effective manner. 'Develops and conducts training programs for a variety of management, leadership, and hard / soft skill subjects. 'Assists with the identification of training requirements and resources for employee development. 'Administers the Employee Survey Process for ITT Systems. Ensures timelines are established for conducting feedback sessions, developing action plans and implementing programs to address/resolve identified issues. Provides training and assists managers in facilitating Employee Feedback Sessions. 'Keeps policies related to training updated and current. 'Assists the other Middle East COE members with general training and development issues. 'Prepares training materials, slides, handouts, etc. for dissemination. 'Tracks mandatory training requirements for both program and corporate. 'Performs other duties as assigned.
MATERIAL & EQUIPMENT DIRECTLY USED: Personal computer, printers, calculator, FAX machine, copy machine and other general office equipment.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES:
Work is generally conducted in a warehouse environment. However, duties may occasionally involve working outside with a potential exposure to extreme temperatures. Work may require heavy lifting up, stooping, climbing, prolonged standing, prolonged sitting, and working with or in areas where a potential could exists for exposure to physical, chemical or biological agents. Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for some situations. PPE includes but is not limited to head, foot, torso, respiratory, vision, and hearing protective devices. Must comply with all Fire and Safety Regulations and post policies. Required Experience: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred, equivalent experience can be substituted for degree.
Experience: 2-3 years progressively responsible training experience.
