Production Operations Specialist 1\2

Implements routine manufacturing processes and assists with the development of new or revised processes. Guides routine production activities and resolves problems of limited scope. Reviews and approves standard technical documents. Guides others in complying with manpower requirements. Collects and interprets data. Assists in translating data into actionable plan. Reviews and validates corrective action plans. Develops and implements manufacturing processes. Provides concurrent engineering support. Defines production activities and resolves problems of limited scope. Reviews and approves technical documents. Analyzes charging trends and develops projected manpower forecast. Assists with the preparation and justification for major capital expenditures and equipment implementation. Leads projects and participates in technical research on proposed projects. Serves as primary interface with internal customers. Translates data into actionable plan for implementation within the organization. Compiles and provides management status reports for corrective/preventative action.
