Role Summary/Purpose The well Integrity Product Champion, reporting to the Technical Services Manager, is chartered with championing the technical aspects in the successful delivery of GE Oil & Gas, Downhole Technology’s Well Integrity (WI product line). WI includes the range of Cement bond, radial bond tool, Multi finger tool, Magnetic Thickness Tool and associated surface acquisition hardware and software solutions, provided by GE.
Essential Responsibilities
* Providing technical advice and support to regional support, sales functions and through the Technical Services group, to the Well Integrity product line leader

* Provide, in a timely manner, customer technical and operational feedback with close interaction with sustaining engineering issues (working with Technology Engineers)

* Providing responses to customer issues via the Customer Complaint and CIR systems in conjunction with the Technical Services team and the Quality Manager in affecting the identification and solution of root cause, design and production problems

* Provision of detailed technical support of the field service engineers and product technical specialists. Assistance in documentation of field best practices, technical issues and risks resulting from field trials operations

* Assisting the Technical Services Manager and Repairs Management on decisions on customer warranty claims affecting the WI product line

* Active involvement in the development of customer reference, operations and maintenance documentation for the WI product line

* Provide support to The Technical Services Manager and WI Product line manager relating to bringing NPI/NTI (New Product Innovation/New Technology Innovation) and sustaining programs to timely conclusion

* Assist the Technical Services group in the communication between the field service teams and supply chain/technology teams to advance the development and support of the mechanical Intervention product line

* Assisting the Training Manager and Technical Services Manager in the development and support of customer training plans, materials, and training courses involving the WI product

* Provide feedback and information WI Product line leader and Technical Services Manager, to maintain and communicate awareness of the competitive offerings, developing our offering into an industry best practice
Qualifications/Requirements
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college (OR a high school diploma / GED with 4 years of Industrial experience)

* 3 years of experience in wireline operations with a commercial and/or technical background
Additional Eligibility Qualifications GE will only employ those who are legally authorized to work. Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen.
