Process Engineering Supervisor
The Process Engineering Supervisor is responsible for supervising Salaried Bargaining Unit (SBU) Process Engineers in the development of process and tooling for trim, chassis, and final operations from vehicle design concept through in plant vehicle launch. Champion data driven decisions. Manage complex projects from beginning to end and meet project budget and timing age issues and drive root cause analysis, utilizing tools such as Fishbone diagrams, 5 why's, FMEAs, Pareto Charts, Histograms, Six Sigma, and Red ve design for manufacturing concepts throughout all projects big or small. Work to develop a solid team atmosphere empowering your direct reports to take ownership of their processes. Communicate effectively with all levels of ensive travel may be required.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering or Bachelor's degree in other discipline with at least 10 years of related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of production control operations, procedures, and systems • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Knowledge of assembly plant build process • Strong leadership skills to transform individuals into a team • Strong problem solving skills • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
