Principal Systems Engineer

As the Principal Systems Engineer, you will assist in sprint planning and execution, communicate requirements to external users, developers and testers, and apply disciplined agile software development processes and tools.
Position Requirements:Position requires 5 - 14 years of wledge of the LSI Identities applications is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities Include:Identify, analyze, define, and coordinate user, customer and stakeholder needs and translates them into technical requirements. Assist LSI customer and program teammates in expressing their needs in terms that can be used to generate valid requirements. Help identify technology solutions with the potential to improve business processes. Work with stakeholders as well as technical and analytical counterparts to define constraints, and develop requirements and concept of operations documentation. Work with stakeholders to identify best-fit technical solutions to meet LSI needs. Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies. Provide conceptual design, prototype, and test cycles appropriate to a chosen technical solution. Identify, document and manage interdependencies with other systems and elements of the IT infrastructure. Evaluate industry offering to identify products and technologies with the potential to support solution integration and design.
Security Requirement: TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
