Territory (if applicable): IA and NE, MN and ND Winfield Business Unit: Winfield Solutions is an industry leader in crop protection and farm seed products, providing insights an expertise in this area. Our brands include AgriSolutionsTM crop protection products and CROPLAN GENETICS® seed. Position Purpose: There are 2 openings, one covering IA and NE and the other covering MN and ND. (NOTE: The opening for MN/ND is filled. We only have an opening for IA/NE) It is required for the incumbent to live in the respective territory. This position will manage 6 to 7 Answer Plot Research sites that will provide; Plant Nutrition, PGR, Bio Stimulant, Soil Amendment and any other Proof of Concept data, existing product yield data, experimental product rate, timing and yield data. This position will also manage on farm replicated trials to generate data to support NutriSolutions findings and create market potential. Assist in any other research activity that Manager Plant Nutrition and/or Director of Product Development assigns Required (Basic) Experience & Education: Minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Agronomy with research experience. Required Competencies & Other Skills: Computer skills in spreadsheets, databases, PowerPoint and Statistical programs. Also need to be competent in experimental design and data interpretation. Verbal communication skills are a most Preferred Experience & Education: Master of Science or progress toward achieving graduate degree in relevant field, preferable.
