Infilco Degremont-Richmond, Virginia Performs start-up and/or operates pilot plants and prepares subsequent interim and final reports. May prepare proposals, enters purchase orders for pilot plant study equipment/supplies, may administer pilot budgets and arranges equipment transportation and installations. This position is part of our sales and marketing group. Primary Responsibilities: 1. Arrange for equipment shipment, setup and dismantling 2. Develop pilot testing program with IDI application engineers and pilot plant managers 3. Conduct bench scale testing if necessary 4. Operate on site, and trouble shoot if necessary, the pilot equipment 5. Gather data during the trials and make recommendations 6. Prepare reports on plant performance 7. Participate in the maintenance of the pilot equipment 8. Coordinate scheduling and maintenance of equipment 9. Prepare reports on plant performance 10. Visit the site as needed to train or make corrections 11. Develop and administer pilot budgets reports to department management

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Environmental, Civil or Chemical Engineering. Experience related to water treatment, clairification, filtration, water re-use, storm water, overflows or process engineering. Individual will need to be self-disciplined, strong work ethic, self directed, solve problems, the ability to learn our business, detail oriented, customer service oriented and be team oriented. Involves 75% travel within the U.S, so you must love to travel. You will learn the business line and be able to prepare yourself for other opportunities in the company.
