Bridge Inspection Team Leader
The ideal candidate shall have a minimum of 7 years or experience with NBIS bridge inspection, be a licensed NJPE, and possess the qualifications, training, and certifications as outlined by the NJTA, and NJDOT for Team Leaders. Outstanding written and oral communication skills are required. Responsibilities will include performing bridge inspection services for NJDOT, NJTA, NJ counties, NJ Transit, and PennDOT; preparing bridge inspection reports; preparing live load ratings using various methods and software; and entering information into Bridge Management System databases. In addition, candidates will perform field structural evaluation of existing bridges and related transportation structures for development or rehabilitation plans as well as support design teams in the design of bridge rehabilitation projects.
