Role Summary/Purpose The ISC will be committed to working with the Customers Operations Team.


The CFC provides technical and operational experience, assistance in the identification of opportunities for operational improvement and effective management of the project from the SIT stage to installation offshore.
Essential Responsibilities
* Actively promote Company and Operator Safety Policy and Procedures. Ensure that all appropriate personnel are aware of Operator requirements for Toolbox Talks and Risk Assessments prior to undertaking work.

* Liaise with Aftermarket, Engineering and Service Departments to co-ordinate all necessary equipment, repair maintenance and storage, ensuring equipment and personnel are ready and available to meet customers' schedules.

* Co-ordinate and control Company equipment Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programme in liaison with customer. Scope of responsibility will include co-ordination and management of PPMs on Company and third party Xmas trees.

* Liaise with Offshore Service Department for the allocation of Service personnel for installation, PPMs and work-overs. Collate and analyse PPM results and prepare reports for customer issue.

* Monitor the effectiveness of PPM programmes and associated procedures and recommend improvements where necessary.

* Co-ordinate and control all aspects of onshore repair/refurbishment of customer owned equipment. Review survey reports and recommend refurbishment scope to customer.

* Co-ordinate and control third party supplied certification ensuring original equipment manufacture (OEM) performs refurbishment in accordance with requirements.

* Liaise with Integrated Services administration in the maintenance of well records and PPM reporting.

* Maintain up to date equipment records, including status, location and certification and present same information to customers and Certifying Authorities.

* Assist in setting up and controlling spares stock levels both onshore and offshore.

* Assist in the preparation of flow charts to monitor and control the logistics of offshore operations support.

* Assist in the preparation and submission of technical and operational proposals detailing a plan of work prior to commencement of offshore activities.

* Administer assigned contracts ensuring all contractual commitments are fulfilled.
Qualifications/Requirements
* Subsea or Surface Product Experience (preferably both but not essential)

* Offshore experience

* Excellent communication skills.

* Familiarity with Well Drilling and Completion equipment.

* Working knowledge of product use and limitations.

* Commercial awareness.

* Ability to work to deadlines.

* Working hours flexibility
