NOC Tech III
This job is for a Network Operations position onsite at AT&T supporting the U.S. Government. The positions include
days/evenings/nights and weekend work. Candidates should have Cisco (routing and switching) configuration and
troubleshooting experience at the Tier III level. Experience working in a Network Operations environment supporting
large customer enterprise networks (500 nodes). Experience and knowledge of MPLS; DMVPN; BGP; OSPF; EIGRP;
IP addressing; firewall, DNS, and network management configuration (AAA; SSH; TACACS; SNMP; NTP; etc).
Experience in troubleshooting physical layer issues and walking onsite field techs through equipment. Candidate should
be a self starter and feel comfortable working with minimal technical guidance. An existing government clearance/public
trust is preferred.
5 years related Network Operations experience is required.
A degree in the field, industry certification, or relevant experience is also desired.
