Network Engineering (Cisco VOIP) support with documented experience in the integration of Cisco CallManager 5.1 Server using Cisco Unified CallManager 7.0, Cisco 2851 Voice Gateway, and Cisco Unified IP Phone 7961G instruments.
The following items shall be preformed with the support of a contract representative assisting:

Review current IOS and Firmware for all installed modules Identify which modules have newer IOS and Firmware updates available. Discuss with customer the new versions, including features, and bug-fixes. Propose (and once approved) implement IOS/Firmware upgrades to a test environment and then a production environment using the above hardware. Configure all IP instruments to use a static IP address.
Using the IASE STIGS's as a configuration guide, ensure that all components are configured IAW information assurance requirements to be provided.
