Project Leader Responsibilities to include:
Leading/coordinating all aspects of a multi-disciplinary engineering team to meet the technical, cost, and schedule requirements for the product. This includes coordinating design, fabrication, validation, and sustainment activities throughout the life cycle of the product, with an emphasis on continuous improvements for processes and products.
Developing high confidence budget/schedule plans for tasks and managing them in accordance with an Earned Value Management System process (fiscal management).
Preparing and presenting progress to customers and management.
Developing, calculating, and managing risk assessment and risk mitigation plans.
Preparing business cases and funding proposals.
Reviewing, processing, and implementing engineering changes.
Providing evaluation, development, and interpretations of specifications to meet production requirements.
Coordinating internal manufacturing and external supplier activities to meet program cost, schedule, and performance metrics.
Developing and managing Fleet Management Programs for fight safety and/or fleet supportability issues.

7+ years experience in a program environment related to hardware design and development.
Experience leading multi-discipline projects.
Skills in MS Office and MS Project.
A background in Earned Value Management is a plus.
