Plans, manages, and integrates all tasks and services associated with the projects Quality Control Program, ISO 9000 Registration and Sustainment, Six Sigma Projects, Continuous Improvement Process and other tasks included within the Performance Work Statement for the Logistics Support Services Contract at Fort Irwin, California. Executes all work in compliance with applicable regulations, laws, standards, codes, directives, and the contract. Complies with all reporting requirements. Mentors and enhances the performance of subordinates. Single point accountability & responsibility for strategic direction, leadership, management & mentorship of multidisciplinary employees: Project Quality Auditors, Operations Trends & Analysis Center Documentation Control, & Analysts. Interfaces with Human Resources Office & functional managers ensuring customer satisfaction. Instill compliance culture of quality, safety, productivity, OU financial growth goals & incentives, supports projects' Six Sigma projects. Build partnerships fostering teamwork & contract growth.
Basic Qualifications:
Must have fifteen (15) years of progressive responsible management and leadership experience in quality control functions and related support services of the PWS.
Must be ISO 9000 trained and certified.
Must be experienced and competent in computer and general office equipment usage.
Must be experienced and competent in the operation of commercial automation systems and programs.
Five (5) years in a leadership/management role(s) in Quality Control support organizations / offices.
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College or University.
ASQ Certification.
Lead Auditor Certification.
Valid Driver's License.
