Job Summary: The candidate chosen will support the development and transition from current legacy MRP systems to SAP processes, and provide leadership in the knowledge transfer and training of the legacy organization in the new SAP processes. Responsibilities: This includes possessing the demonstrated ability to analyze existing business processes and develop/implement new process designs which support our business objectives supporting operational excellence. Bias for Actum is required. Upon completion of BSM implementation and stabilization, this position will transition into a valve-added role in MRP planning and execution supporting PC&L and business objectives in On-time Customer Delivery and other business objectives. Education: Bachelors degree in operations management or an equivalent level of work experience or related field, or an equivalent leve of work experience in Bell Legacy systems or BSM (min. 3 years). Advanced degree; APICS, CPIM, CSCP certifications, and/or DMAIC process knowledge (SixSigma Green Belt/Black Belt certification) may differentiate canidates. Position Requirements: Outstanding analytical skills and the ability to develop and exctate a project plan are essential. Additionally, either in-depth knowledge of legacy MRP systems or experience with SAP software is required, with the ability to absorb/learn the other systems at an excellerated pace. Strong interpersonal and communication skills required. This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
