Manager, Service and Warranty Training
The Manager, Service and Warranty Training is responsible for managing the development of effective training and communication efforts aimed at maximizing the knowledge, productivity and efficiency of service dealership personnel and Chrysler Field Professionals. Manage service training curriculum, class fill, interest lists, offerings and schedules. Develop new courses & refresh existing courses, as needed, based on dealer survey feedback. Review all courses semi-annually. Track & evaluate results. Manage developmental budgets and maximize efficiencies & ROIInteract with Service, Warranty and other Chrysler LLC departments for current topics, initiatives & strategies. Keep current on retail trends and implications. Manage topics, development, programming, photo shoots, audio and video for Master Service & Parts quarterly web series. Manage Service and Parts Manager Performance groups. Work with vendors in pursuing the best training solutions, at the best price, while providing overall direction. Benchmark Chrysler dealers & other sources and extract ""best practices"" for consideration within our strategies.
Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Training or a related field
• Minimum of3 years of Field or Retail experience in Automotive Fixed Operations
• Experience in training development
• Experience in Project Management
• Experience in developmental budget management
• Knowledge of Service policies & procedures
• Ability to interact effectively with various management levels
• An understanding of training development/application
• Strong communication skills -- written, verbal and platform
• Ability to multi task and work in a rapid paced environment
• Strong project management skills
• Familiarity and ease with office automation programs (Power Point, Excel, Word, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications: • Expertise in dealer financial statement & industry benchmarks
