Join our dedicated and talented team of individuals all focused on creating the best products in the marketplace. We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Manager – Sales Reporting & Analysis in our Glendale offices.
Responsible for developing and analyzing complex Sales and Financial analysis reports by coordinating with IT for data extraction, organization of large volumes of data and developing data models, dashboards, variance analysis reports, and management presentations to interpret, evaluate and communicate Sales, Advertiser and Financial trends for . Incumbent will be responsible for the documentation and project management of the automation of critical Sales measurement reports.
RESPONSIBILITIES
·Responsible for analysis of Sales, Advertiser and Financial reports, trends, and opportunities which includes gathering, interpreting, evaluating, and communicating large sets of data and information into meaningful conclusions and actions.
·Responsible for conducting and documenting more complex Sales analysis projects which will be diverse in scope.
·Works with Sales and Product to develop recommendations to help achieve the organization's Sales productivity metrics and objectives.
·Models and develops business cases and scenarios to determine financial consequences of key sales decisions, plans and strategies. Evaluates Sales performance against projections.
·Creates complex data models in order to provide insight into trends and metrics and to solve complex business problems in effective ways. Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
·Performs other job related duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
·Prior experience Finance, Analytics, Strategy, Financial Planning, or Data Reporting
·Strong communication and presentation skills required with the ability to develop executive level presentations
·Ability to communicate cross functionally across all departments and levels of the organization in order to meet project goals
·Prior experience building and managing reporting dashboards, models, systems and databases
·Ability to problem solve, multi-task, manage and review work of others teams to meet deadlines.
·Strong Excel, Access and PowerPoint skills. SQL skills are a plus
·Experience in Internet and Online Advertising industries a plus
·BA/BS in Math, Economics, Finance, Business Admin or equivalent
·MBA Preferred
