Title: Manager - Industrial Processes Location: IN-Uttar Pradesh-Noida Purpose of the Job The Industrial Processes Manager position is responsible for the implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of processes controlling the EC aspects of TSS
Responsibilities and Accountabilities * Support the regularly Re- Certification Process by the External Certification body * Execute internal Audits (ISO 9001), and track/ follow up the corrective actions. * Manage Project Quality Audits a/o Product Quality Audits on EC Management Request to ensure ISO Compliance. * Manage Root Cause Analysis and Audits to identify Gaps and Potentials in Processes, Products and Structures on EC Management Request. * Capture data and prepare Balanced Score Card (BSC) metrics as assigned * Support the definition of new processes and the refining/ correction of existing processes and Work Instructions (WI) to reflect the actual structure of the PL Business. *
In support of TSS directives, set-up and define an efficient Lessons Learnt (LL) system - working with Group interfaces (Project Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, etc.). *
Manage the Experience Response Team feedback system for the EC and coordinate with TSS Industrial Processes Management to create effective feedback loops to facilitate the continuous improvement of the TSS organisation (Knowledge Management). *
Identification of improvement potentials using input like Audit Reports, Scorecards, NCR Analyses, LL Feedback, Project Reviews etc and propose Actions and Improvement Programs to the EC Management for agreement/ approval *
Manage Continuous Improvement Actions in line with the assigned Process Owners to improve processes, tasks and allocated Work Instructions, Templates and Tools *
Manage defined Improvement Programs on request of the EC Management a/o the assigned Process Owners. The 6S Methodology has to be used where appropriate. The interface with other product lines a/o functions has to be managed where necessary (cross functional approach) *
Provide training to EC staff on PL/TSS procedures and methodologies. *
Set ToT objectives, prepare action plan and monitor progress *
Periodically measure the degree of achievement on ToT. Analyse gap and implement corrective actions required.
The PL Industrial Processes position is accountable for: * PL processes and WI correctly configured. * On-time delivery of BSC and other allocated and regular reporting. * Allocated Six-Sigma projects and relate activities. * Timely, on-target and on-budget implementation of business improvement initiatives.
Educational Requirements :
B.E. (Mechanical)
Quality Management, Internal Auditor Certification, Engineering Knowledge, Process Management Knowledge, MS Office tools, EHS basic knowledge, 6S knowledge (Green Belt), English fluent
Experience: * 8 to 10years * Experience in analysing & improving business processes and tools. * Knowledge of financial business drives and the ability to create convincing business cases in support of improvement projects * ISO Standards - e.g. 9001Job: Process Review/Development
