Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift
The successful Candidate should have experience in machine programming, repair, troubleshooting with preventative maintenance and training of the production associates. Skills focused on safety, quality, productivity and overall cost efficiency. Automotive industry experience is a must, automotive HVAC and PLC Programming experience is a plus.
Requirements:
Key responsibilities including:
- Help and Support in all areas of Maintenance fields such as: troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, improvement workshops, training of production associates on the machines.
- Cover for the maintenance supervisor during their absence.
-Willingness to learn all maintenance related functions.
-Other duties & assignments as required by the Supervisor.
Necessary Requirements’:
Have the ability to work in a team environment, good aptitude for troubleshooting electrical and mechanical problems. Knowledge of Manufacturing and Product Technology, Independent, responsible work ethic, flexibility and creativity.
Experience & Education:
Associates Degree program (Technical Field) or equivalent, 2 to 4 years of experience in Maintenance in a production environment.
Skills:
Maintenance and Troubleshooting experience with Production Process, PLC Programming, Electrical, Industrial Repair and Electric Drives a Plus. Computer knowledge such as MS Office is required; welding and machine shop skills a plus, knowledge of French or German languages is a plus.
