Our clients, industry leaders, have asked us to identify Maintenance Managers - Maintenance Supervisors - Controls Engineers - Maintenance Mechanics - Electro-Mechanical Tecnnicians for their facilities located in the PA, NJ and DE areas.
With several of the positions we are dealing directly with the hiring managers and we are doing an in-depth screening process to secure the best possible candidates for the positions.
These are full time positions with benefits on the first, second or third shifts depending on the position and the company.
They are looking for experienced professionals with a strong background in electrical and mechanical, equipment, machinary and facilities in a food and beverage manufacturing and processing environment or a distribution center or fullfillment facility.
Requirements:
Maintenance Manager
Must have a minimum of 5 years maintenance management experience with strong technical skills including manufacturing, production and/or distribution equipment, machinery and facilities.
Must have a proven background in budgets, leadership, employee development and mentoring
Maintenance Supervisor
Must have at least 2 yrs maintenance supervisory experience in manufacturing, production and/or distribution environment.
Strong technical bkgd including electrical, PLC troubleshooting and mechanical experience
Must have good mentoring skills

Controls Engineer
This is not a maintenance mechanic, supervisor or Plant Engineer position.
A strong Controls Engineer with a food or beverage bkgd from a highly automated production and utilities environment.
Min 2yrs experience with electrical and mechanical equipment and machinary
You will troubleshoot, repair, perform adjustments, rebuild, maintain and return to service with minimal downtime high speed equipment and plant equipment in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
