Maintenance Area Manager
The Maintenance Area Manager is responsible formanaging the activities of maintenance area supervisors and respective skilled trades employees. This person will support all aspects of production processes including safety, quality, delivery, cost and morale. Must also drive the successful implementation of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) processes and standards.
Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 7 years maintenance experience in manufacturing\automotive environment
• Knowledge of paint processes
• Experience with robotic automation processes
• Knowledgeable with PLC and paint application hardware and software
• Sealers dispense equipment experience desired
• Experience with machine and systems operation and integration
Preferred Qualifications: • Advanced or technical degree
• Proficiency with Microsoft application software (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access)
• Must be able to work any shift
