Learning Architect
Principal Duties and Essential Functions:

* Provide time development estimates and projection functionality recommendations
* Produce design for online content and determine the size and arrangement of illustrative material including selecting style and size of type, and arranging layout based upon available space
* Conducts needs analyses and recommends realistically deployable learning solutions in an Information Technology (IT) environment
* Designs and develops leader-led and/or self-paced instructional programs and materials in an Information Technology (IT) environment
* Conducts analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of solutions for learning
* Applies instructional systems design (ISD) theories and learning principles
* Tracks and analyzes training programs by examining course evaluations, proficiency testing, and job performance to identify program effectiveness. Makes changes or enhancements as appropriate
* Analyzes learning needs and partners with subject matter experts to provide input for course content
* Interfaces with management to ensure that course materials are current and relevant to training needs
* Understands how training interventions fit within a business solution

Required

* Well-versed in standard Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) 2 years intensive or progressive experience
* Well-versed in standard Adobe Macromedia products (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash, Fireworks) 3 - 5 years intensive or progressive experience 8+ Years with HS or 5+ Years with AA or 2+ Years with BSPrimary Qualifications (candidate must possess to be considered):

* US Citizen, as contract requires
* Must be able to obtain and maintain a National Agency Check
* 3 to 5 years experience in creating graphics and animation to support eLearning content
* Working knowledge and use of multiple coding languages (read and write basic, HTML/DHTML/Action script/JavaScript/XML/CSS)
* 3 - 5 years experience providing end user training solutions on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or other large-scale, complex technology initiatives
* Strong communication skills (oral, written and interpersonal)
* Well-versed in standard Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) 2 years intensive or progressive experience
* Well-versed in standard Adobe Macromedia products (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash, Fireworks) 3 - 5 years intensive or progressive experience
* Experience in WBT tool and is able to build interactions, pop-ups, integrate simulations into WBT
* 3 - 5 ye

Secondary Qualifications (candidate preferred):

* Experience working with communications practices, principles and procedures
* 2 or more years LMS communications understanding and is able to troubleshoot LMS content issues
* 2 or more years analytical and problem solving skills

* Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
