The new Lead QA Tester / Test Engineer will ideally work full-time in our Stockton, CA office. The culture is very comfortable, yet professional with a strong emphasis on results. The Lead QA Tester / Test Engineer will coordinate with software developers and project managers to build test cases and automated testing procedures for a variety of ongoing and new software development projects.
Requirements:
Roles and Responsibilities (include but not limited to): - Take lead responsibility for Test Life Cycle. - Write/Create test cases as well as execute test cases. - Write unit tests and measure unit test coverage. - Primary role in the design and implementation of test schedules. - Data testing, extracting and debugging data (primarily in SQL Server). - QA and performance testing of software and web applications, web-based tools (primarily ASP.NET). Experience and Skills Required: - 5 years experience in software quality assurance. - Minimum 3 years experience with ASP.NET. - Minimum 3 years experience with SQL Server. 5 years with relational database systems. - Creativity; ability to think around problems and come up with creative solutions. - Uncanny attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills and able to communicate well with people of all technical levels.
