Lead IT Developer
Job Title Lead IT Developer Functional Area Information Technology Division International Location Minnesota-St Paul Country United States Employment Status Full Time Job Description This position will be part of the IT International that provides the technology solutions to Ecolab International Division across APLA. This includes effectively delivering application based on mobile device, building back end applications to enhance the customer experience and mining data to add value to the customers. As a lead IT Developer, this individual will contribute to our strategic visioning as well as provide hand-on execution for mobile technology and web based customer portal.
Main Responsibilities:
* Design, develop and deploy CVD technology solutions. Participate in full project delivery and solution development cycle
* Lead small projects, create project plan with estimates and task dependencies and track project progress
* Gather user’s requirement from business u and document it. Must have the ability to research each business process thoroughly, analyze its impact on productivity and add design that improve the efficiency
* Draft technical document including design, specifications and release notes
* Provider user training to audience in different geographic across APLA
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree
* 10+ years experience in an lT Environment with proven record as a designer and developer
* 5+ years of experience with C# .NET programming
* 5+ years of experience with SQL programming, triggers, stored procedures
* 3+ years of experience with ASP, (VBScript, JavaScript, HTML controls)
* 3+ years hand-on of object oriented programming and design
* 3+ years working experience on relational database design
* 2+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server performance tuning
* 1+ years of experience with Crystal Report
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master degree in Computer Science or equivalent
* Experience in managing small to medium technology projects
* Demonstrated ability to research & learn new technologies and business processes independently and apply them as needed
* Strong oral & written communication skills
* Experience in using Microsoft office suites such as Visio, PowerPoint, Project, etc.
* Team player with self-motivation and can-do attitude
