The Junior CISCO Call Manager Engineer's position primary focus will be implementing growth of new and existing systems as an expert on Voice over IP technology, primarily Cisco Call Managers systems. Provides expert technical assistance for VoIP growth of networks, System upgrades, and new equipment purchases. Secondary responsibility will be Wide Area Network O&M. Coordinates and works with the Government to provide implementation of new, existing, and future VoIP (to include Voice Over Secure Internet Protocol (VoSIP)) technology utilizing the current industry best practice implementation to include, but not limited to, Cisco Call Manager and Unified Communications systems. MAJOR JOB ACTIVITIES:

Required Experience: The following experience may be concurrent: Four (4) years working in a VoIP environment to include design, installation, and support. CCVP or CCNA Voice and Security+ are mandatory certifications. This position requires IT II. Completion of Security Briefing Certificate (DA Form 2543) is required. Must be able to obtain TESA status Clearance Level Required Secret Minimum Education Requirements BS/BA Degree or Equivalent Percent of Travel Required N/A Work Status Full-Time
