Parsons/McMunn Associates looking for mid level experience Watch Officers to assist DHS Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in gaining, maintaining, and communicating global situational awareness of law enforcement, intelligence, and emergency management. Position requires watch officers to provide intelligence support on a 24x7 basis at DHS ICE HQ in Washington, DC. Analysts must be able to recognize critical, time-sensitive information from the flow of routine information, and take immediate action to alert the Senior Watch Officer, Senior Operations Officer, and other personnel at the agency and department levels, and promptly inform leadership of significant or unusual incidents. Finally, the position requires excellent written and oral communication skills, organization skills, and the ability to interact with senior leaders and interagency partners in a professional manner. This is FLSA Nonexempt position.
Qualifications: Primary:
-- Bachelor's Degree and 5 years experience in intelligence/threat analysis, or Master's Degree and 3 years experience.
-- Ability to operate is a fast paced environment providing a wide range of intelligence support.
-- Familiarity with IC community analytical and collection tools and networks.
-- Experience/familiarity with DHS, particularly ICE, processes and the Intelligence Community.
Clearance: TS clearance, with eligibility for access to SCI req'd.
Salary: $80-85,000 depending on experience.
