Manages the processing, analysis and payment of telecommunication expenses, including network and wireless services, in an accurate & timely manner
Project Manage the tracking and resolution of billing disputes/discrepancies with various vendors
Ensures proper accounting of telecommunication expenses is performed; includes monthly reconciliation of payments, credits and outstanding balances
Identifies and investigates irregularities in charge trends and partners with appropriate team(s) to implement changes as applicable
Tracks expense avoidance/reduction opportunities based upon monthly billing data
Reports monthly, year to date, annualized and one time savings realized
Serves as a the first line contact for our telecommunication vendors
Provides additional support to manage associated or team related projects, as needed.
Other duties as required
2 years telecommunication experience; preferably in telecommunication expense management
2 years experience performing detailed analysis and problem resolution
Accounts Payable experience including knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles required
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word and have experience using database applications
