· Manages the planning, development, design, and implementation of assigned program. Including tracking schedules, issues, and tasks.
· Monitors program’s expenditures against the programs budget.
· Ensures direction and support to assure effectiveness and efficiency of program.
· Implements monitoring systems for evaluation purposes.
· Engages in the typical responsibilities of a manager requiring planning, evaluating, organizing, integrating, and controlling.
· Update SOX process documentation quarterly as required, complete quarterly SPOQ questionnaires as required and perform/monitor required SOX controls as described in Tutor documentation.

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or at least four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
