At a minimum, instructors shall have the following qualifications:
(1) Experience with military intelligence analysis at the tactical, theater, or national levels. (2) Experience in conducting platform instruction and/or OJT instruction in intelligence related subjects.
Candidate must manage multiple tasks and suspenses, while remaining flexible within an evolving environment.
Candidate must demonstrate strong communication skills and must be able to communicate on all levels both orally and in writing. Specific Job Description Plans, develops and conducts intelligence analysis training to military intelligence analysts. Subject matter expert in one or more of the following areas: SIGINT, HUMINT, and All-Source. Must have an operational understanding of link analysis, IPB, and current operating environments. Must have an in-depth knowledge of one or more of the following tools: Analyst's Notebook, DCGS-A, ArcGIS, FalconView, BATs HIDE, Harmony, M3, Query Tree, Google Earth, Palantir, NSANET Tools and other various databases within the intelligence community. Must have a familiarization with the all-source analysis and production of NGIC Assessments. Conducts resident courses on site and travels on mobile training teams (MTTs) to conduct training to pre-deploying units up to 25% of the time. Develops course content, programs of instructions, evaluates students and maintains current training to our primary customer, INSCOM, and US Army intelligence analysts worldwide.
Work Location is the National Ground Intelligence Center, Charlottesville, VA. Standard Job Description Develops new courses and/or conducts formal professional training for customers, and/or in-house customer engineers, and/or OEM (original equipment manufacturers) customer engineers in all facets of computer hardware and software technology. This may include concepts and operation of the software and equipment, necessary programming, debugging, repairs and maintenance of data processing equipment. Determines course content and student learning objectives; prepares course syllabi, lesson plans, and student manuals. Evaluates training materials and procedures and makes or recommends revisions to keep courses abreast of software and equipment design. Maintains class records; writes, administers, and scores tests. Counsels students and evaluates student performance. Security Clearance TS/SCI Typical Minimums Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
