Integrated Support Program Management 4
Executes cost, schedule and technical objectives for assigned programs. Integrates Product Support disciplines in a manner that ensures effective and efficient supportability execution. Defines, develops and monitors program status and performance. Identifies, communicates and influences future business opportunities within the scope of the program. Develops program communication plans. This position will have ILS (Integrated Logistics Support) Program Management responsibility for new business campaigns.

Extensive experience in creating comprehensive multi-tiered project schedules for significant Business Unit projects; identifies time frames for key project milestones and ensure alignment of sub tier activities for overall project visibility, tracking and completion. Directs and manages very complex project schedules requiring interfacing with multi regional or international activities. Independently identifies project resource requirements, integrate and direct multi project elements into a single collective overall project plan. Collaborates with others on the most complex projects assigned. Ability to direct, delegate and ensure performance of assigned responsibilities and tasks as a project team leader in support of the overall large scale and complex projects. Identifies and resolves any issues and provide solutions and or recommendations to ensure the successful completion of the project.
Technical• Customer Service/Logistics
Extensive and specialized knowledge of responsibilities and tasks performed by various Logistics departments/disciplines (e.g., Spares and Repair Parts, Training, Training Equipment, Ground Support Equipment, Modification Programs, Warranties). Extensive and specialized knowledge of the interaction between departments/disciplines and how their products/processes affect one another and impact non-logistics processes (e.g., Engineering, Business, Operations).

Complete knowledge of project planning processes and tools (i.e., project management software) to define, design, and plan projects, achieve project deliverables, optimize the contributions of internal and external resources, and accomplish desired business results.
• Proposal Processes
Extensive, specialized knowledge of government, company, and local policies, procedures, and regulations (e.g., Estimating system manual, FAR, DFAR, TINA, ITAR, Procurement integrity, Export Compliance) relating to the development of cost proposals. Extensive, specialized knowledge of proposal, accounting, and rate development (common systems). Extensive, specialized knowledge of audit, fact-finding, and negotiation processes (e.g., self audit, internal audit, government audit, effective negotiation) and how they affect the proposal process.

Typical Education/Experience
Technical bachelor's degree and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or a Master's degree with typically 7 or more years' or a PhD degree with typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study.
Other Job related information
Successful candidate should have experience developing Integrated Support Plans for new customers. Candidate should have experience running new business campaigns. Prior Capture Team Lead (CTL) and International new business experience is preferred. Frequent international and domestic travel will be required.
