Develops standards-compliant web pages that incorporate dynamic HTML and multimedia elements. Modifies and adapts storyboards during courseware production with consideration for user interaction, overall lesson effectiveness, and presentation aesthetics. Works with graphic programs, as well as HTML production software in cross-platform, cross-browser environment. .:: Mental/Physical Requirements: Requires the ability to work independently and creatively while being able to interact with persons of varied backgrounds. If required, must be able to travel unassisted to continental US and overseas locations. Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. .:: Education/Experience Requirements: Degree in Instructional Technology or related field or 2 yrs experience in instructional technology field. Experience in several software applications for production of graphics, animations, sound editing, and web page development. Knowledge of web-based methodologies for the delivery of interactive instructional material. Interpersonal skills necessary to serve successfully as group/team member, and coordinator.
