Triumph Structures Long Island LLC is build to print manufacturer of machined Airframe components for the commercial and military aircraft industry. We currently have a vacancy for an experience quality inspector
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
* Conduct in process and final inspections in accordance with priorities established in the manufacturing/production plan.. * Compile and maintain required quality records * Support non-conforming product procedures, first article inspections, source inspections, and audits. * Provide support and information (including on the job training, when applicable) to departmental teammates and manufacturing and engineering personnel. Able to read and interpret customer Blueprints, drawings, specs and standards Able to read and interpret work instructions Use of mechanical measuring equipment Experience of First Article Processes and documentation Experience of quality equipment Calibration processes
Experience of CMM inspection from 3D solid models and drawings would be beneficial but is not mandatory for this role.
