Position Overview
Due to our growth, we are seeking Inside Sales Representatives to manage the daily activity of client accounts in the software space. We are a team of dedicated and passionate salespeople who thrive in the fast-paced environment of IT business-to-business sales.

Key Responsibilities
*Working directly with our Account Executives and business customers to provide solutions to for customers IT needs *Managing the day-to-day activity of online procurement sites *Placing orders for assigned accounts, monitoring emails, tracking orders and returns and managing shipping needs *Resolving post order issues and reviewing back orders *Preparing reports as needed
We are seeking candidates with the following:
*Minimum 2 years of successful customer service or sales experience with a passion for providing high quality service *Self-motivated and goal oriented with an interest in attaining knowledge of IT products *A demonstrated ability to multitask *Excellent oral and written communication skills *Proficient with basic computer functions, including Internet browser navigation and email
