This position represents a proposal or pipelining requisition for potential upcoming work. BAE Systems seeks an intelligence planning professional that has significant history in the COCOM environment. This position will tap the candidate's knowledge of the planning lifecycle, analysis environment and the IT support components. Understanding of the COCOM customer environment is necessary to direct the provision of support. The candidate will be required to provide support in the following areas: ? Provide business process analysis and integration to the J2 and J6 environment � support strategic planning systems integration and process support to fulfill the information needs ? Participate in requirements development and coordination process ? Perform gap analysis on capability needs and shortfalls and support initial planning for DoDAF2.0 governance structure and business process implementation ? Develop solutions to improve efficiency, capacity and capability for theater entities� communication and information sharing capabilities ?
