Industrialization Project Manager

The project manager oversees the proposal, development, implementation and delivery of production transfer project. In your role, you will asked to: * Align elements, teams and processes and drive schedules, budgets and deliverables. * Manage multiple projects within scope, schedule, and cost, while meeting stakeholder requirements, as well as serve as liaison with Business Units and both internal and external resources to ensure successful project completion.
The ideal candidate meets these requirements: * University degree in engineering or administration with a minimum of 10 years experience in Project Management or a related field * PMP certification is an asset * Previous experience in international management and familiar with Lean Manufacturing * Leadership and communication skills that help mobilize the project team * Autonomous, flexible and able to work well under pressure. * Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English. * Ready to travel
