Industrial Resource Manager
Title: Industrial Resource Manager Location: Virginia-Norfolk The successful candidate will be required to manage both personnel, industrial, and financial resources for a broad range of shipboard and shore based industrial initiatives. Thus candidates should have demonstrated successful experience in managing geographically dispersed personnel and equipment including tracking all industrial assets both CONUS and OCONUS. Experience should include management of personnel and industrial assets as utilized in the execution of multiple industrial tasks. Experience should include execution and management of government contracts. Candidates must have strong interpersonal skills, able to interact positively and effectively with contractor, government, and military personnel.
Education: Candidates must have a Master's degree from an accredited university in a technical discipline. A degree in a non-technical discipline is acceptable for candidates with extensive experience in a technical field. Military Experience: Candidates must have at least 15 years of US Navy maintenance and operational experience with warfare qualification in either surface ships or submarines. Special Qualifications: Secret Clearance (or the ability to attain a secret clearance) is desired. Notations: Limited travel is required.
