Job Summary
The Industrial Engineer is responsible for professional services to the company. These services are related primarily to the measurement of work as well as the maintenance and development of routing and bills of materials for all products. Duties include the establishment of labor standards and the review and auditing of performance to these standards.
The Industrial Engineer also works on studies relating to work methods and equipment, including such things as packaging methods and materials. Duties also include the preparation of detailed layouts of plant facilities to optimize utilization and product flow. Responsibilites include estimating labor standards for new or revised products. This position reports to the plant manager.

1) Prepare process routings
2) Inputs bill of materials
3) Develops and maintains standards
4) Recommends methods improvements
5) Conducts and interprets time and and motion studies
6) Audits Blueprints
7) Quoting
8) Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Qualifications
Skills and knowledge required by this position would generally be acquiredcollege degree (B.S.I.E, B.S.M.E, Industrial Technology) followed by one or more years of successful experience in related subordinate positions. Financial costing background would be beneficial.
MTM/Time Study certification required.
Knowledge of BPCS a plus.
