JOB DESCRIPTION HP enterprise management solutions include, but are not limited to, Enterprise Systems and Network Management (HP OpenView Based) and ITIL/IT Service Management processes design and implementation services. ITSM processes include HP's ITSM Reference Model process encompassing Business to IT Alignment, Service Design and Management, Service Development and Deployment, Service Operations and Service Delivery Assurance. Some key process are Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration Management, Service Level Management, Operations, Release to production, Availability, Capacity, Security, Financial and Continuity Management. An HP Consultant must be able to understand our client's desired end-state, translate the client's requirements relative to HP's Solutions, architect the solution to meet the client's needs and deliver on the proposed solution. * The selected candidate must be a US citizen and possess an active TS/SCI with Lifestyle Polygraph. * The person selected for this position should have at least five to ten years of increasing responsibility for positioning and delivering enterprise management solutions. * The person needs to have a track record of successful customer interaction, consultative selling and leading the delivery of successful consulting engagements in this area. * A Bachelors degree (BA/BS) is essential with an advanced degree highly desirable. Strong experience in several of the following technical areas would be expected: · HP OpenView Certification · Help Desk implementation · ITIL Process Design Skills · IT Organizational design · Management of Change · OpenView technologies · Datacenter Operations · CA Unicenter · Tivoli TNG · Novadigm
